Scope
Services are provided by Martin Bachmaier — Einzelunternehmen, Wilhelm-Schiedermaier-Straße 2, 84347 Pfarrkirchen, Germany, trading as Karpatenwerk, and are delivered as fixed packages (START €890, BUSINESS €1,290, BUSINESS PRO €1,690, GROWTH €2,490) with the deliverables list published on Services. The accepted offer prevails.
Payment
Prices net of VAT. 50% on contract, 50% on launch (GROWTH: 40/40/20). Work begins once the first payment clears. EU businesses with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the intra-community regime.
Delivery
Timelines (2–4 weeks) start once complete content is received; the final deadline is fixed in the contract. Client delays over 14 days reschedule the deadline by mutual agreement.
Revisions & rights
2–3 revision rounds included (one consolidated list per round). Extra work €65/h. After full payment, all usage rights to site, content and domain transfer to the client. Karpatenwerk may list the project in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.
Liability & law
Liability is limited to the contract value. German law applies.
